FUTURE RESIDENTIAL BUILDING ​

The stacked apartment volumes are angled towards the Arabian Gulf, taking advantage of the building’s beach front property. All apartments enjoy views of the Doha coastline and eclectic urban landscape of  Entertainment City. The project aims to appeal to a different demographic by offering the biggest gym in all of Entertainment City as well as a plethora of gastronomic options at the double ground levels. The transparent base is open and inviting and gives the sense of a floating mass above, while allowing the restaurants to spill out creating a vibrant street culture. Whilst above, the stacked cubes seem to float while the striated facade directs views and gives privacy to the residents.
